We must defeat these bills. FWIW, here's what we wrote...

"And yes, I’ve heard the whole song and dance — that just because they give money to a candidate, it doesn’t automatically make that candidate their dance partner. I’ll respectfully disagree." -- WE (less respectfully) disagree too.

Thank you for showing us the money. Money talks, and it speaks loud and clear.

Next we need a deep investigation into legislative, judicial, and executive branch people who are generously brought to you by Pfizer (and Bayer, and GSK, and ...), Blue Cross, St. Luke's and etc. etc. -- i.e., those supported by Big Pharma dollars, Big Hospital, and Big Insurance!

Idaho's government MUST stop putting the powerful ahead of the people, especially when it comes to health and medical freedom.

🚨 We can help save Idahoans by ensuring that S1023 - Medical Freedom gets the governor's signature. It has already passed the full house. Here's a Substack Note encouraging you to call and write asking Brad Little to sign: https://tinyurl.com/bdfhfnhu. Powerful people are urging him to VETO this crucial bill, so we need all hands and all voices on deck. https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2025/legislation/S1023/

More bills that ignored informed consent and liability protections and one good bill that sits in the drawer:

☑️ S1064 - Cloud Seeding: https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2025/legislation/S1064/

S1064 was amended to benefit stakeholders (including Idaho Power), not the people. See SA comment here: https://glenneda.substack.com/p/for-the-people-not-the-powerful/comment/102721493

✅ S1065 - Weather Modification: https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2025/legislation/S1065/

Weather engineering goes by many names, but its safety and efficacy are in serious doubt. S1065 is being held captive in Senate Resources & Environment.

☑️ H0290 - Immunizations, daycare and school: https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2025/legislation/H0290/

Moves from rules into law bad policy regarding childhood immunizations / vaccinations.

☑️ H0206 and H0207 militarized our emergency medical services. https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2025/legislation/H0206/ and https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2025/legislation/H0207/

Wise words! And why do they think they can ask for special treatment? Because our 2021 legislature set a precedent or more likely reestablished precedent in granting liability exemptions. Did you know that this language is in HB266, passed in 2021?

“ (5) The act of cloud seeding pursuant to a project funded in whole or in part by the state of Idaho or authorized by the state water resource board shall not be the basis of any claim of liability…”

Did you know that IDWR contracts with IPC to run cloud seeding operations?

https://legislature.idaho.gov/wp-content/uploads/sessioninfo/2021/legislation/H0266.pdf

A bill to address the liability release was shot down last year and IPC lobbyists would not work on a compromise.

This year a liability release fix would not be considered. It’s all about corporate capture. Citizens have been ignored.

Another incredible and informative look into machinations of these bills. I could almost hear John Williams', "Imperial March" from Star Wars the entire length of the read.

I'm still getting up to speed with Idaho Power and their brand of evil, but I hold a special vitriol for Bayer as I know all too well the level of demonic actions by which this company deals.

Most people think of aspirin when they hear the word Bayer, but for others, it is the literal name of Death and War Crimes.

Bayer was, in part, responsible for the production of Zykon B gas which was used in WW2 German concentration camps that killed millions.

Years later, these killers are knocking on our front doorstep in idaho, when they should be brought up on crimes against humanity.

I could not be more proud of your efforts to thwart this real and ever present evil and pray God for your renewed strength and determination on behalf of us all.

I've been trying to sound the alarm via Sunshine Reports! Bayer/ Monsanto, Pfizer, Idaho Power, hospital systems and insurance corporations... Ugh!! Corruption in Idaho. Now do one on the Meta Data centers (and another company also ) in bed with Idaho Power for Solar Farms. The people don't want the solar farms.

I wish that the legislature would get as worked up over the increasing cost of electricity impacting all Idaho families and businesses as much as they spend time on the grocery tax!

The deceptive S1183 could be considered an effort in that direction. Bur we must be careful what we wish for.

A stated goal of S1183 is to prevent wildfires from bankrupting utilities and driving their customers' monthly bills to crippling levels. We certainly do not want this to happen. But sponsors state these negative affects are partly due to courts holding utilities liable for wildfire damages, despite no finding of fault or causation. If courts are unjustly slapping damages on utilities, the courts, not liability protections, must be used to correct this injustice. Simply having a mitigation plan in place is not reason enough to grant liability protection.
